Method
1. Pre heat the oven to 180 °C & line a deep baking tray with baking paper
2. Melt the milk & dark callets with the butter in one bowl
3. Whisk the eggs, sugar & vanilla extract in a separate bowl
4. Gently fold in the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs & sugar mixture
5. Add in the flour, cocoa & salt
6. Stir in white chocolate callets (save a few for the top!)
7. Bake for 25–30 min
8. Enjoy warm or let cool completely, serve & enjoy!
