DIY Cookies & Cream Spread

Ingredients

2.5kg Cocoa King Extra Dark Biscuit Crumb
3kg Sweetened Condensed Milk
375–750g Vegetable or Mild Coconut Oil
Optional: 25g Cocoa Powder (for extra richness)
50ml Vanilla Extract
A Pinch of Salt

Method

1. Warm the condensed milk slightly so it mixes easily

2. In a very large bowl or mixing container, combine the biscuit crumb with the condensed milk

3. Add the oil gradually (start with 375g then adjust as you go) mix until the spread is smooth, glossy & spoonable

(To adjust texture: Add more oil if you want it runnier or add more crumb if you want it thicker)

5. Stir in the vanilla extract or add in pinch of salt for extra depth

6. Add to a sealable container & you're good to go! Enjoy!
