Biscuit White Chocolate Fudge is the ultimate indulgent dessert! Combining the rich Cocoa King Dark Chocolate Biscuit Crumb as a base & then topped with creamy White Chocolate & more Dark Biscuit Crumb to create the most indulgent & tasty fudge! Crunchy, soft & oh so sweet it’ll have you reaching for ‘just one more piece’ in no time! Made using the Premium Cocoa King White Chocolate Mini Drops, this fudge is simple, easy to make & even better to taste! Perfect for that at home sweet treat we all crave! Exceptional flavour, texture & of course, it looks incredible too!

Biscuit White Chocolate Fudge | Cocoa King

Ingredients

800g Cocoa King Dark Chocolate Biscuit Crumb
300g - 320g Unsalted Butter
800g - 1kg White Chocolate Mini Drops
794g Condensed Milk
200g Cocoa King Dark Chocolate Biscuit Crumb (Mixing into the fudge & Decoration)

Method

1. Line 2 square baking tins with parchment paper & set aside

2. In a bowl melt the butter & combine with the Dark Biscuit Crumb

3. Add the mixture to the lined trays, pressing it down with the back of a spoon until it has compacted

4. Leave in the fridge to set for around 1 hour

5. In a large pan on a low heat, add the condensed milk & chocolate drops, stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is fully combined

6. Remove the pan from the heat & add in the Dark Biscuit Crumb, mix until this is fully combined

7. Remove your bases from the fridge & spoon the fudge mixture evenly across the 2 trays, ensuring the base is fully covered & smoothed on top

8. Once cooled, set back in the fridge for around 3 hours or overnight

9. Once set, cut your fudge into the desired sizes & enjoy!
