
Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies | Cocoa King

Soft, chewy & completely loaded with Cocoa King chocolate chips (because honestly… can you ever have too many?).
🍪 Chunky Cocoa King Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
125g butter (softened)
100g caster sugar
100g light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
225g plain flour
½ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
175g Cocoa King chocolate chips (any flavour)
Method
How to:
Preheat your oven to 180°C & line a baking tray with parchment paper
Cream the butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy
Beat in the egg and vanilla
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold these gently into the wet mix
Stir in a generous handful of Cocoa King chips (go on, sneak a few straight from the box too—we won’t tell)
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the tray, leaving space for spreading
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden at the edges but still soft in the middle
Best enjoyed warm with a tall glass of cold milk.
