Christmas Confetti Cookies

Ingredients

460g Unsalted Butter
400g Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
2tsp Vanilla Extract
1tbsp Baking Powder
690g All Purpose Flour
Cocoa King Christmas Sprinkles
400g - 1kg Cocoa King Vanilla Frosting (Depending on how you frost the cookies)
Cocoa King Christmas Sprinkles to decorate

Method

1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees

2. Line baking trays with parchment paper and pop to one side

3. In a bowl cream together your sugar and butter until the mixture is light and fluffy

4. Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix until completely combined

5. Add in the flour and baking powder and mix until a dough forms

6. Add in as many sprinkles as your heart desires! Combine into the dough fully

7. Chill the dough in the fridge for around 40 minutes

8. Shape the dough into 24 even balls and place on the baking trays, flatten them out slightly - these will expand in the oven slightly so make sure there's enough space between each cookie!

9. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cookies have a slight golden brown colour

10. Allow the cookies to completely cool on wire racks

11. Spread or pipe your frosting on top of each cookies adding the sprinkles as you go

12. Enjoy your festive sweet treat!
